S.Sh: Thank you for allowing me to interview you. Could you first explain what the Tribal Affairs Organisation does?
JA: This is an independent organisation with branches in various provinces. At this branch we organise the living condition of Nomads. Generally, any human being is free to move or to settle and this organisation facilitates the transhumance of those who want to move. And, of course, we help those who want to settle.
